• Marcell Strbich Marcell is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Coloneland a dedicated husband and father of three from Centerville, Ohio, now running for Ohio Secretary of State (May 2026 Republican primary). After retiring, he became a leading election-integrity advocate: authoring first-in-the-nation cybersecurity legislation for voting systems, winning an Ohio Supreme Court case on poll-worker training, and pushing HB 552 (Voter Verification Act) and HB 472 (Ohio Votes Count Act).
